An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our expanding sales team at Red Hot Salons, following the growth of our stocked brands.

We are a well-established, independent haircare wholesaler based on the outskirts of Exeter, specialising in brands such as milk_shake, Keune, Davroe, and Elgon. Our energetic sales team covers the entire South West of England, and we are searching for the ideal candidate to partner with us in driving the business forward.

At Red Hot Salons, we pride ourselves on offering the personalised service that only a local, family-run business can provide. With over 20 years of experience, we handpick the finest haircare brands to give our customers a wide range of choices. We are also proud to offer our salon partners comprehensive education and development programs, strategic marketing support, and expert advice.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement a structured salon contact strategy, creating a logical journey plan to ensure all existing and prospective customers are engaged.
• Promote and maximise all available business support.
• Identify growth opportunities by focusing on the needs of salons and stylists.
• Submit timely reports as required by the Company Director or Regional Sales Manager.
• Actively promote our in-house brands.
• Meet and exceed sales and growth targets.

Salary: £28,000 per year + commission
